Accident Summary:

The aircraft overshot the landing pad on a pinnacle. The aircraft lost RPM during an attempted hover out of ground effect. The right side struck the hillside causing the aircraft to crash on the other side of the hill. Gusty winds and a wind change of more than 90 degrees was considered a factor.
