Psychological Warfare Operations (Pysops) leaflet . The following is a rough translation contributed by a lady name Hoa. First, it says "American and ARVNS will shoot up your village if VC are in your village. This is hard to control Says-"VC are known to bury food, ammo, guns in your neighborhoods. Because the Vietnamese in the neighborhoods is where innocent people live and they (the VC) want the innocent people hurt and killed.The Navy will shoot in response. That the Navy doesn't want to hurt innocent people. Therefore, run out of your neighborhood for safety if fired on from the Navy. From now on please tell the VC to leave your areas and report this to the South Vietnamese Government so the Government won't have to come to your neighborhoods again. 1967 leaflet contributed by Hank Anthony.
