Comments about the web site: This site is a true honor to those who
served our country during the Vietnam War. Robert Sizemore was a very close
friend to me, almost like a brother. I wish there was more information about
Bobby's demise. I'm very thankful for the information that is available.
The only accountability of the situation pertaining to the crash was what
was told to me by the honor guard that escorted his body home. That information
consisted only that he crashed and burned. I would love to find out more
detailed information such as what was his mission and what put him into the
situation that cost him his life. I would like to know the exact facts concerning
the crash, such as what fire did they take, how many soldiers lost their
lives, and any other pertinent information that would possibly give me a
mental picture of what happened. If there is any personal information that
I can provide about Bobby, please contact me. Thank you again for your efforts
in bringing this site to those who care so much about these men.

him to one of my best friends. Cried buckets when I read that he had been
killed. At that time I didn't know he was flying in Laos. We were stationed
at Dong Ha during Lam Son 719. I wish I could have seen him once more before
he was killed.

and Don Rose were my crew for my last 4 months. I was saddened to hear what
happened and how, but that was the way those guys were. No one could have
asked for a better crew.
